Job Description
Director-level product operations leadership for Applied Materials in Santa Clara, onsite, overseeing strategy, governance, and performance of FPM, Repair, and On-Demand within the Spares SBU.
Responsibilities
- Align and drive the unified product strategy for FPM, Repair, and On-Demand within the Spares SBU.
- Craft a multi-year roadmap that targets growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization.
- Foster development of next-generation offerings and innovation initiatives.
- Promote revenue growth, margin improvement, and reduction of value leakage across the portfolio.
- Establish clear product KPIs and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate to protect and win Spares business, supporting key account strategies.
- Implement a product-centric operating model with robust governance structures.
- Maintain disciplined execution across the organization to meet defined goals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to align on core KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional integration across planning, logistics, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
- Strengthen customer trust and improve service outcomes through product leadership.
- Drive adoption of FPM, Repair, and On-Demand offerings across markets and teams.
- Direct a global team of PLMs and PMs, fostering collaboration and performance.
- Build scalable organizational capability and long-term product management expertise.
- Lead talent development and culture transformation to support a product-focused mindset.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management, supply chain, or semiconductor services.
- Proven P&L ownership and portfolio management experience.
- Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities and collaboration skills.
