IT and Digital Product Owner II
Job Description
Frost Bank is seeking an IT and Digital Product Owner II in San Antonio, TX to help shape complex digital solutions with a strong focus on user experience. In this role, you will provide both technical and functional input across design, maintenance, build, integration, and testing, while helping translate strategy into execution through a structured product roadmap.
This position is onsite and suited to an experienced product owner who can coordinate with development teams, keep workflow efficient, and actively work through process and delivery issues to ensure requirements are met. You will also take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to support all-win outcomes across the team.
What you’ll do
- Execute product roadmaps, interpret requirements, and write user stories that guide development within applications
- Coordinate with the development team to define and iterate the product based on the product strategy
- Help ensure the development team’s workflow is optimized so delivery stays on schedule
- Investigate and resolve issues in the development process to support successful requirement fulfillment
- Contribute to outcomes aligned with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
- 2+ years experience with Agile methodologies in a digital environment, including Scrum and Kanban
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Relevant experience in banking, finance, or a related product area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
