In addition, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and a culture that values growth, collaboration, and thoughtful leadership. A Connectivity Plus stipend of $150 per month supports remote work, and there is an annual $200 home office reimbursement.

- Connect research with telemetry and customer feedback to create a unified view of the customer.
- Own the UXR relationship with product and design leadership.
- Set clear expectations for when and how to engage research.
- Represent UXR in planning with a view on how research reduces risk and accelerates decisions.
- Challenge assumptions and reframe requests around decision value with clear, constructive communication in leadership moments.
- Establish ownership and escalation paths when research is bypassed or creates risk.
- Apply AI-assisted research methods to improve speed, scale, or synthesis quality, such as automated tagging or large-scale qualitative analysis.
- Maintain high standards of rigor as methods evolve.
