Mission Data Product Owner
Job Description
The Mission Data Product Owner at Booz Allen Hamilton leads the delivery of advanced digital solutions and guides Agile development, serving as the Product Owner for tools that directly support national security. This onsite role is based at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of cutting edge digital solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop novel applications and solutions.
- Guide the Agile development of the project roadmap.
- Define project milestones and track progress through metrics.
- Foster collaboration across teams to drive tangible impact.
- Fulfill duties as a Product Owner for tools that directly support national security.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Product Owner or in an Agile role supporting development or data teams.
- Proven ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Confluence and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong communication to translate requirements, manage scope, and maintain alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacity.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to operate in a dynamic environment.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.

NICE IF YOU HAVE
- Experience supporting intelligence environments or defense related programs, including CWMD
- Experience working on classified systems
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
- Knowledge of DoW CWMD policies, strategies, and doctrine
- Knowledge of the operations planning process such as MDMP and JOPP
- Ability to foster collaboration across various teams
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
Projected compensation range: USD 86,800 to USD 198,000 annually.
Work Model
- Remote: If listed as remote, there may be occasions when in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility is required.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to a customer facility as needed.
- Onsite: Primary work performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration with colleagues and clients as required.
