NPI Product Operations Program Manager, Google Cloud Supply Chain
Job Description
Program Manager in Central Product Operations for Google Cloud Supply Chain, bridging AI strategy with hardware development and supply chain execution.
Responsibilities
- Champion AI-driven tools for predictive analytics to improve on-time delivery (OTD) and define internal automation requirements to reduce toil across the product lifecycle.
- Drive complex cross-functional program work by translating goals into roadmaps, OKRs, and milestones aligned across engineering, product operations, and IMS leadership.
- Spot supply chain friction points and develop scalable frameworks or AI-assisted workflows, including capacity planning and risk mitigation, to increase decision velocity and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships as a central point of influence to mobilize resources, remove blockers, and align on key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior program managers and help grow an AI-First culture by sharing best practices for prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience launching hardware New Product Introduction processes for electronics (PCBA, servers, racks, L6, L10, L11 manufacturing).
- 5+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including material management, planning, and supply chain design.
- 5+ years of experience managing build and operations with contract manufacturing.
- 5+ years managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Leadership experience in both direct and matrix-managed organization structures.
- Knowledge of typical hardware BOM, assembly and test processes, plus project requirements and schedules.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical and quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Leadership experience in direct and matrix-managed organization structures.
- Knowledge of typical hardware BOM, assembly and test processes, project requirements and schedules.
- Proven record of leadership, analytical and quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.

Compensation
- USD 159,000 - 230,000 per year
- US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
