Product Manager

Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. is hiring a Product Manager to support its Blending category, with responsibility for Hamilton Beach-branded blenders, spanning countertop products and kitchen systems. This hybrid role is based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Director, Product Marketing, supporting strategy, development, launch execution, and post-market optimization.

What you’ll do

• Support development and execution of category strategy and the product roadmap for the Blending portfolio.
• Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to help deliver successful product launches.
• Use market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and portfolio performance.
• Assist with preparation of business cases, product briefs, and launch plans.
• Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results.
• Contribute to the innovation pipeline and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods.
• Experience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience supporting P&L performance.
• Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and work setup

The salary range for this role is USD 116,009 - 140,868 per year. This position operates on a hybrid work schedule from Glen Allen, VA.

Additional details

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Hamilton Beach’s annual cash and equity incentive programs. Under the annual equity incentive program, award shares vest immediately at grant and are subject to a three-year transfer restriction.
