Own strategy and execution for the PowerFlex 755T VFD product line, accessories, and options in a hybrid role based in Mequon, WI.

Develop and maintain strategic planning for the PowerFlex 755T portfolio using the BSR (Business Strategy Review) process
Drive product-market fit through Voice of Customer (VoC), market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
Create and manage Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) tied to customer needs and business outcomes
Develop and manage pricing strategies, commercial programs, and competitive positioning to grow market share
Lead high-impact customer engagements, including executive discussions, roadmap alignment, and escalations
Resolve field issues and product anomalies, including customer-facing messaging and prioritization
Provide Product Management leadership to the Continuation Engineering team for product quality improvements, cost reductions, parts obsolescence mitigation, and evolving standards and customer-requested enhancements
Define, track, and report key business objectives and goals to senior leaders, ensuring teams and partners work effectively to exceed targets

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Legal authorization to work in the US is required; the company will not sponsor for this role
Ability to travel nationally/internationally up to 10%

Experience with the PowerFlex 755T Drives Portfolio
Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
Typically 5+ years in Industrial Automation/Power Control Product Management and/or Engineering, with close work on Industrial Automation products and technologies including Variable Frequency Drives
Familiarity with global Industrial Automation and Variable Frequency Drive market space and trends
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and related software
