Overview

Richtech Robotics Inc is seeking a Product Manager with a strong foundation in full-stack development to drive the planning and implementation of complex business systems. The role focuses on leveraging AI Agent technology to optimize internal management processes and leads multi-cloud deployments in AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Define the feature set and strategic roadmap for enterprise-grade applications, ensuring the technical architecture supports scalable growth.
• Engage deeply in architecture reviews, evaluate feasibility using Python, Node.js, and Next.js, and align business needs with R&D efforts.
• Lead the practical application of AI Agents within enterprise workflows, designing intelligent process flows.
• Oversee large-scale project implementations and deployments on AWS and Azure, monitoring performance and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Technical background with 3+ years of experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with core components of AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Strong business acumen with familiarity of internal enterprise management processes (ERP/CRM) and experience delivering large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of LLM application development and AI Agent architecture.

Pay

Salary range: USD 60,000 to USD 100,000 per year.

Work Location

Location: Las Vegas, NV, on site. This is an in-person position.
