Product Manager, Global Data Access Solutions

TransUnion is seeking a Product Manager for Global Data Access Solutions to guide data access and enrichment initiatives from its Chicago hub with a hybrid work model. Working alongside the Vice President, you will shape market-ready offerings and go-to-market plans across Data Enrichment, Data Extract, and Archive products, translating customer needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Data Access Solutions to bring timely, customer-informed solutions to market that support the growth agenda for Data Enrichment, Data Extract, and Archive products.
• Lead or support high-visibility strategic initiatives, including extending Prescreen to Cloud Data Warehouse, integrating new AI tools such as Orchestrator to Data Enrichment, broadening platform availability, and launching product availability in additional global markets such as the UK and India.
• Create concise, engaging presentation and discussion materials for executive engagements both inside and outside TransUnion.
• Assist leadership in defining, developing, launching, and managing Global Data Access Solutions products and their go-to-market approach as needed for Consumer Lending.

Requirements

• Capture and champion requirements for Global Data Access Solutions initiatives.
• Produce compelling presentations that align customer needs with product strategy.
• Support GDAS leadership in sizing initiatives and developing three-year and quarterly plans.
• Continuously identify opportunities to better serve GDAS customers through expanded use cases of existing products and features.
• Operate in a project management capacity, coordinating across the organization to keep client deliveries and feature development on track.
• Develop and deliver senior-level presentations to articulate strategy and business plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Lines of Business to participate in customer meetings, gathering competitive intelligence and VoC to inform GDAS priorities and support the product road map.
• Engage with peers to understand plans and help realize them within GDAS.
• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of data delivery, management, and decision systems.
• Experience with Cloud Data Warehouse platforms such as Snowflake and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of data platforms supporting Data Enrichment, Data Extract, and Archive products.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools such as Orchestrator into Data Enrichment initiatives.
• Understanding of data access and data sharing across platforms.

Team Overview

The Global Data Access Solutions team is a high-growth product management group focused on building innovative data access and enrichment solutions that enable customers to safely analyze credit and broader datasets within their own environments. As TransUnion moves toward a software-driven model, the team plays a pivotal role in transforming how data is delivered, with an emphasis on scalable, AI-enabled products. This role reports to the Vice President of Global Data Access Solutions.
