Product Manager I, AdMob Monetization Performance
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams across the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Developer Relations, and ad serving to optimize performance throughout the advertising stack and drive measurable improvements.
- Lead SDK layer optimization initiatives, including instrumentation, end-to-end lifecycle metering, and the development of intelligent preloading of ads to improve yield and user experience.
- Design and deliver advanced SDK APIs that enable partners to fine-tune app-specific performance and surpass competitive benchmarks.
- Define and operationalize roadmaps for AdMob Mediation, translating strategic goals into concrete initiatives that maximize revenue for mobile gaming and entertainment apps.
- Partner with UX, Go-to-market, and Marketing teams to plan and execute product launches and ongoing maintenance, ensuring alignment across functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for mobile apps.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch, including ideation, execution, and end-to-end delivery (0 to 1).
