Job Description

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Product Manager III, Technical to lead and expand worldwide Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) systems. In this onsite role in Bellevue, WA, you will shape product strategy and the roadmap for seller-facing products and internal optimization tools, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities at global scale.

Role Overview

You will define and execute a product vision for FBA systems by translating customer needs into high-impact opportunities. Your work will connect strategy and delivery, including metrics that reflect both adoption and customer outcomes, and technical evaluations that support scalable, long-term system health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap by working backward from customer needs, using direct customer engagement, market research, and data analysis to prioritize the highest-impact work.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, science, finance, and operations to deliver products on schedule and at a high quality bar, while making trade-offs transparent and aligning stakeholders.
  • Set success criteria, KPIs, and measurement frameworks that connect output metrics (such as adoption) with outcome metrics (such as customer satisfaction and business impact), using results to refine prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Assess technical proposals and participate in architecture discussions, evaluating scalability, performance, and trade-offs to ensure product decisions consider long-term system health as well as delivery timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate generative AI and emerging technologies into product development workflows to accelerate learning cycles and enable new innovation for customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience delivering product features and managing trade-offs
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and product strategy
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for a range of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using analytical tools, including Tableau, Qlikview, and QuickSight
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools

Compensation and Location

  • Location: Bellevue, WA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 151,200 - 204,600 per year

A Day in the Life

You begin by reviewing customer feedback and usage data to validate your latest hypothesis, then join a design review with engineering partners to iterate on a prototype. After lunch, you lead a discussion with senior leaders to align on roadmap priorities using a concise document you authored. Later, you coordinate with marketing and operations to prepare for an upcoming launch. Throughout the day, you balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, ensuring decisions connect to real customer value.
