Product Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Planning

Meta’s SPACE team is building products, tools, and policies that help compute infrastructure scale more efficiently as AI demand grows and new hardware is adopted. In this role, you will lead product planning for infrastructure capacity, translating complex needs into clear targets and aligned execution across functions.

This Product Manager position is based in Menlo Park, CA and is onsite. The salary range is USD 205,000 - 277,000 per year. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, along with a BA or BS in Computer Science or a related field.

What you’ll do

• Proactively identify priority problems to solve across competitive, strategic, customer, and company goals
• Develop a coherent strategy and roadmap with measurable objectives to address identified needs
• Coordinate information flow across stakeholders and build consensus on vision, priorities, and decisions
• Drive, monitor, and document progress against roadmaps
• Set a high quality bar for the product area and hold teams accountable to that standard
• Improve the broader Product Management function by supporting Recruiting initiatives such as interviewing
• Operate effectively across varying levels of ambiguity, while adjusting to shifts in top company priorities
• Build an environment where teams can advocate robust viewpoints while working toward consensus
• Scope work independently by identifying significant opportunities, applying subject-matter expertise to improve decisions, and impacting high-level business metrics through major investments and roadmaps
• Provide oversight with limited direct leadership involvement by resolving cross-functional challenges and escalating using frameworks and recommendations
• Form and lead self-sustaining cross-functional teams, resolving ambiguity and changing course quickly when needed
• Set priorities, lead projects across organizations, and improve operational efficiency
• Expand broader impact by improving PM org-wide capabilities and contributing learnings to scale AI

Minimum qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management and/or Product Design
• 10+ years partnering with engineering, design, and user research to deliver technical products
• Experience navigating the full product life-cycle, including integrating customer feedback into requirements, driving prioritization, and supporting pre- and post-launch execution
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
• BA or BS in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred qualifications

• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews
• Experience developing product solutions for analytical modeling of supply chain and capacity decision making
• Strong background in data center infrastructure, capacity planning, and/or server demand planning at technology companies, including adjacent capacity management domains such as cloud, networking, or supply chain
• Evidence of ongoing AI skill development (for example, prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact such as efficiency gains or quality improvements
