T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a technical Product Manager to lead an enterprise AI assistant for employees. In this onsite role in Bellevue, WA, you will own the product from strategy through onboarding and production operations, while helping balance employee outcomes, technical feasibility, and cost per interaction. The position also includes a competitive salary of USD 103,400 - 214,360 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and technical goals, including which capabilities and entry points the assistant supports
  • Evaluate emerging AI models, patterns, and platform advances to shape a roadmap that improves adaptation without disrupting employees
  • Conduct market and customer research using data on usage, resolution quality, and cost per interaction to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
  • Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the product backlog to support distributed Agile development teams
  • Coordinate release schedules and delivery with cross-functional stakeholders, including onboarding partner teams to new capabilities
  • Monitor product performance and quality in production, address defects, and serve as the primary business-hours contact for the operations team running the assistant
  • Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams to align the product with responsible AI practices as requirements evolve
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required)
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company, application, or product environment (Required)
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Required)

  • Experience working with a distributed or follow-the-sun operations team (Preferred)
  • Experience managing usage-based cost for an AI or cloud product (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability with new AI technologies and applying them to product decisions (Preferred)
