Product Operations Coordinator

Full-time remote role in Elba, AL supporting product planning through execution and launches by strengthening product operations, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and keep product information, specifications, and documentation current and accurate
• Support day-to-day product operations and cross-team coordination
• Review workflows to spot gaps or inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements
• Work with operations and product teams to enable product updates and launches
• Track product operations tasks, timelines, and deliverables to maintain execution momentum
• Help document and standardize product and operational workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product operations, operations coordination, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
