Job Description

As an overnight Product Operations Educator, you will carry out product operations and inventory processing in line with company standards, while also supporting guests on the retail floor. The role is based onsite in Lake Buena Vista, FL and includes an overnight schedule window.

Location and Schedule

Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL (onsite)

Schedule: Shifts may be scheduled for evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. The work schedule can vary based on store needs, and may include times when the store is closed to guests.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.71/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)

Target Bonus: $2.00/hour

Total Target Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.71/hour

Responsibilities

  • Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency while maintaining a safe store environment.
  • Execute the inventory processing plan established by the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
  • Receive and process product deliveries following company standards, including folding, sorting, and hanging product to optimize space and productivity.
  • Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product to appropriate locations per company standards, including handling damages and consolidations.
  • Maintain store organization and presentation by executing product display adjustments, daily restocking and destocking, and product moves on the floor according to company standards.
  • Support market-relevant omnichannel programs, including buy online/pickup in store and ship from store options, according to company standards.
  • Interact with guests or coordinate with another team member to support service on the retail floor and enhance the guest experience.
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment for both team members and guests.
  • Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required.

Job Assets (Nice to Have)

  • Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
  • Experience: Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related experience (for example, stocking or inventory processing)

Work Context

  • Work involves moving through the store, including areas with bright lights and loud music, as well as areas with no windows or natural light.
  • Tasks are completed as part of a team and sometimes independently, using a computer or other technology when needed.
  • May involve moving boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.
