Product Operations Lead
Job Description
The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team at lululemon, focused on turning the store product strategy into day-to-day execution. This role leads product operations and inventory management across the front and back of house, while also serving as Supervisor on Duty to help deliver a world-class guest experience.
In Rancho Cucamonga, CA (onsite), you will manage inventory processing and accuracy, ensure products are stocked and organized, and use daily business data to guide actions that support sell-through and product availability for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with store leadership to bring the store product strategy to life through product operations.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Create a fun and productive shift atmosphere to engage team members in inventory management.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, including analyzing product sell-through to recommend store product focus (and for outlets, pricing guidance).
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance by providing feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning support.
- Support a respectful and inclusive team environment through strong working relationships.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically across the floor and lead from the sales floor to provide technical product education and a consistent guest experience.
Requirements

- Must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
Work Schedule
- Schedule can vary based on store needs.
- Shifts are typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights or overnights.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.50 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).

Work Context
- Work involves moving through the store, sometimes in bright, high-energy front-of-house areas, and sometimes in back-of-house spaces with no windows or natural light.
- Tasks are completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may include using a computer or other technical devices.
- Occasional lifting of boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), and use of ladders to reach materials may be required.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: work may involve industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.
