An onsite product manager role in Atlanta, GA leads the AI Marketplace at Alvarez & Marsal, owning strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution to scale reusable AI assets; salary ranges from USD 160,000 to 190,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketplace roadmap, guiding the platform from MVP to scalable self-service contributions and automated asset ingestion into the repository
- Define and monitor success metrics such as monthly active users, asset reuse rates, time to publish, SLA compliance, and approval rates
- Oversee the end-to-end asset review process with curators, BU/Topic Leaders, representatives, and offshore support to ensure security, risk governance, quality standards, and timely curation
- Develop and manage asset maintenance, including deprecation and archival policies, to keep the library relevant and non-duplicative
- Maintain role-based permissions, firm-aligned taxonomy, and metadata standards to enable reliable search and discovery
- Design and manage an incentive or recognition model for asset contributors
- Drive user adoption across practices and geographies through active engagement with BU representatives, communications, training, and practitioner feedback loops
- Collaborate with UX design and development to prioritize the backlog and translate practitioner needs into product requirements
- Provide data-driven updates to the Operating Committee and firm leadership on platform performance and strategic direction
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Marketplace, promoting the value of shared AI assets and reuse over bespoke builds
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS, knowledge management, or AI/ML tooling
- Proven ability to define a product vision, build a roadmap, and drive results against clear success criteria
- Comfort operating and influencing in a matrixed professional services environment with multiple senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI concepts such as hallucination and output reliability, LLM-based tooling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards, or the willingness to learn quickly
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa
- Data‑oriented mindset with comfort defining KPIs, interpreting usage analytics, and using evidence to prioritize
