Product Operations Lead

Step into a role where you help bring the store product strategy to life through strong inventory execution, floor-ready merchandising, and guest-focused leadership. You will be part of the store leadership team at Lululemon in Grove City, PA (onsite), supporting a world-class experience and building momentum with your team during dynamic shifts.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into day-to-day store operations.
• Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure product actions are executed, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Lead inventory shifts by engaging team members and maintaining a fun, productive environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics, such as product sell-through analysis, to recommend product focus and, for outlets, pricing.
• Support the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training recommendations.
• Coach and develop team performance through direct feedback, real-time recognition, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.
• Build a respectful and inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships.
• When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor during store open hours to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class experience.

What you bring

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management and product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
• Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Schedule and working conditions

• The schedule can vary based on store needs.
• Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.
• Work includes moving through the store, sometimes in the front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in the back of house with no windows or natural light.
• Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices.
• May occasionally involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $22.00 - $25.25/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location
• Target bonus: $2.00/hour
• Total target base pay range: $24.00 - $27.25/hour

• Base pay depends on market location and may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity
