Job Description
Product Operations Lead role within the store leadership team for executing store product strategy through inventory operations, product actions, and guest experience on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to turn product strategy into daily execution
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities aligned to store SOPs
- Lead inventory shifts and BOH operations
- Ensure product actions are completed (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing)
- Create a fun, productive shift environment that engages team members in inventory management
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through and optimal product availability
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions (including sell-through insights and, for outlets, pricing focus)
- Support the store hiring process: recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training
- Address performance by providing direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning
- Build a respectful, inclusive team environment through supportive working relationships
- When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty (SOD), move dynamically and lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods
- Schedule can vary based on store needs
- Shifts typically scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members
Experience
- 1 year of work experience
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience; reviewing and interpreting business reports/metrics to inform action
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: food safety and/or liquor service certification
Work Context
- Move through the store; sometimes front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes back of house with no windows or natural light
- Work is completed as part of a team, independently at times, and with computer or other technical devices
- Occasional lifting of boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use of ladders to reach materials
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service only: possible use of industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.25/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.25/hour
