Job Description
Product Operations Manager at Tandym Group to build the operational foundation that supports product, technology, and content teams at scale for a New York, NY (remote) media services organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and actively support roadmap execution across product and technology teams to align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic priorities into concrete deliverables and timelines.
- Align dependencies, priorities, and trade-offs across Product, Engineering, Data, Content, and Operations to keep work coordinated.
- Design and refine scalable workflows, governance structures, and operating models that scale with the organization.
- Establish and manage intake, tracking, reporting, and dashboard processes to support execution and informed decision making.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Strategy & Operations.
- Experience collaborating across Product and Engineering organizations.
- Proven track record leading quarterly planning and roadmap execution in fast paced environments.
- History of driving cross-functional alignment in complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights.
