Responsibilities
- Own and curate performance data at the organizational and application levels, including drivers, definitions, and known limitations
- Lead the day-to-day BI partnership and serve as the translation layer between Innovation leadership needs and BI execution
- Convert reporting requests into executable plans with defined scope, dependencies, and sequencing, delivering in collaboration with BI
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, drilldowns, and executive views to stay accurate, consistent, and decision‑ready
- Proactively surface insights from reporting outputs, highlighting trends, anomalies, and implications without waiting for requests
- Collaborate with peers and leaders to convert performance data into comms‑ready, leadership‑usable outputs and key operational narratives
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting through automation and reusable components, including templates and standard definitions
- Support recurring operating rhythms such as Town Halls, quarterly reviews, and newsletters by ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, setting expectations on deliverables, timing, and inputs required to proceed
- Build strong relationships across Innovation and partner teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive work to closure
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in business analytics, program operations, reporting, or related roles
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools, with comfort working with datasets and metrics logic (Power BI is referenced in technologies)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements and deliverables
- Demonstrated operational discipline: planning, follow‑through, attention to detail, and high‑quality output
- Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Experience with software delivery operations such as delivery reporting, milestone tracking, backlog hygiene, release visibility, and delivery metrics
