Product Operations, Senior Associate

Drive pilot execution, enterprise rollout readiness, and customer feedback loops across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Data, and Product Marketing to support product development and go-to-market rollout
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to execute pilots from planning through delivery and evaluation (with Implementation and Customer Success included)
• Create, run, and track comprehensive project plans to ensure deliverables are completed, with clear updates on risks, challenges, and status
• Continuously assess project progress and incorporate client feedback to improve processes and outcomes
• Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations
• Lead post-launch follow-through by identifying issues, driving resolution, and capturing lessons learned
• Use SQL and internal tools to analyze product usage, adoption, and workflow health
• Run customer feedback loop conversations and synthesize insights across multiple channels such as call snippets, Datadog, support tickets, surveys, and more
• Build and scale product operations processes covering monitoring, issue resolution, and ongoing support operations
• Contribute to team growth by attracting top-tier talent

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product operations, management consulting, banking, or related operational roles in high-growth tech companies
• Deep analytical background with SQL proficiency
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Strong written communication skills, including specs and process documentation
• High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days per week
