Job Description

This on-site role in Beloit, Wisconsin supports the Product team by enabling delivery of high-impact solutions for both COTS and custom development products. The position reports to the Product Operations Manager and collaborates with cross-functional leaders across Product, Operations, Change Management, Customer Enablement, and Digital, Data & Analytics to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary triage point for Assigned Product L3+ and escalated support
  • Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders during support and troubleshooting efforts
  • Participate in the organization’s change management operations
  • Create and lead training and onboarding sessions for end users of assigned products
  • Manage delivery processes to end users including feature flag configuration, access management, and delivery communications
  • Create and maintain knowledge base and product documentation
  • Participate in functional and/or technical validation of assigned products
  • Support product teams in internal and business-facing meetings
  • Support, track, and complete relevant platform administration and configuration
  • Coordinate small projects and efforts through execution and delivery

Requirements

  • Education: A college degree in IT, software engineering, or another technical field is preferred. A high school diploma with significant relevant experience would be considered
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years IT Support, Training, or Operations experience
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
