Compensation ranges from USD 42 to 60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Define, document, and prioritize product, business, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Lead requirement gathering and JAD sessions with business and technology leaders; facilitate decisions to completion for a holistic understanding
- Develop a thorough understanding of systems and business rules to ensure new functionality aligns with limitations and processes
- Serve as the liaison between internal and external clients and delivery teams, fostering professional, clear, and constructive communication
- Create and maintain an organized, prioritized product backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own the product vision and roadmap, refining strategies based on stakeholder feedback, business needs, and market trends
- Perform gap analysis between existing applications and evolving customer requirements, collaborating with architects and developers
- Partner closely with Project Managers to empower teams from kickoff through delivery
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) to drive efficient development
- Lead acceptance testing to ensure the final product meets business and functional requirements
- Manage multiple competing priorities with strong organization and communication
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance product strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO I, PSPO II) is desirable
- 8+ years of experience in functional roles, including 3+ years in an Agile environment
- Proven track record in elicitation, documentation, and analysis of business requirements
- Expertise in writing requirements documents, detailed user stories, product and business requirements, and backlog management
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Confluence, and similar tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex projects
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and resilience to handle changes and maintain momentum
- Proven success working both independently and within teams
