Job Description

Accenture Flex is hiring a Product Owner based in Charlotte, NC (onsite), where you will guide the product vision as the customer’s voice. Using a human centered design approach, you will shape the product roadmap and backlog while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver what clients need and want.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer and applying a human centered design approach
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and product backlog to support delivery against client needs and wants
  • Run recurrent feedback loops to validate and test ideas, using knowledge discovery to inform timely direction changes
  • Collaborate and manage the team to help it perform effectively
  • Take responsibility for team decisions
  • Work across multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide solutions within and beyond your immediate team
  • Lead feature development and refinement by integrating customer feedback and market trends
  • Coordinate closely with cross functional teams to align product goals with business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Review product performance metrics to find opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Support team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to improve delivery quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product development processes and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Software Product Management and Product Innovation Strategy
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggested

Compensation and location

Location: Charlotte, NC (onsite).
Salary: USD 60 per hourly.

Accenture Flex roles are also listed with an hourly salary range of $60.00 in: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington.
