Product Owner

Experis is hiring a Product Owner to support Orchestra teams within a Product and Platform organization. This role focuses on coordinating tenant adoption for platform and model lifecycle changes, managing the Orchestra AI release pipeline, and delivering executive-ready reporting through cross-functional communication and enablement.

Based in New York, NY (onsite), the position also lists additional locations including Jersey City, New York; Pennington, New Jersey; Charlotte, North Carolina. The pay range is $80.13 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate tenant adoption of new platform capabilities, model lifecycle changes, and other updates that impact tenants.
• Assess tenant impact and determine adoption requirements to support successful deployment.
• Maintain and communicate the Orchestra AI use case release pipeline, including readiness checkpoints and upcoming partner activities.
• Own recurring communications across Orchestra teams, tenants, and partner organizations, including training, workshops, and enablement activities.
• Track platform adoption, onboarding progress, deployment milestones, and usage trends; prepare executive-ready updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

• Experience identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies across partners.
• Capability to drive alignment across platform, support, and control functions.
• Strength in creating communications, training, and adoption materials, with familiarity in GenAI for enterprise platforms and GenAI ecosystems.
