Job Description
Atlanta, GA onsite Program Product Owner role bridging enterprise stakeholders and an agentic AI development squad to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic and operational bridge between business stakeholders and the agentic AI development squad to align software delivery with enterprise business needs.
- Use product ownership expertise and AI platform fluency to shape the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and guide delivery cycles with clarity.
- Connect business units and engineering by facilitating decision-making, resolving blockers, and keeping work focused on measurable value realization.
- Drive agentic capabilities from inception to adoption with well-defined MVP scopes, phased rollout strategies, and continuous feedback loops.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, including defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals that translate business needs into prioritized development increments.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering by facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and ensuring each delivery cycle produces measurable business value.
- Define MVP scope and phased rollout strategies using stakeholder feedback, usage data, and voice-of-customer insights to continuously refine and iterate.
- Oversee portfolio-level planning, including budget alignment, vendor management, build vs. buy decisions, and cross-functional coordination across technical and business teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering high-value software products in enterprise B2B and industrial environments.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product backlogs, lead Agile ceremonies, and translate agentic AI capabilities into business-ready software solutions.
- Established relationships across engineering, architecture, finance, and C-suite, serving as the voice of the business within a technical delivery team.
- Ability to define product vision, MVP scope, and phased rollout strategies grounded in user data, stakeholder input, and business value metrics.
- Minimum 10 years experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program management in enterprise software environments.
- Minimum 3 years experience with product ownership and Agile/Scrum mastery, including leading multi-squad delivery teams and driving sprint ceremonies with end-to-end backlog prioritization in fast-moving AI-native environments.
- Minimum 2 years experience with agentic AI fluency, including working knowledge of agentic SDLC, AI development platforms (Jira, Dovetail), and modern cloud stacks (AWS, Azure), with ability to assess technical feasibility and guide architecture decisions alongside engineering teams.
- Minimum 10 years experience with executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, finance, legal, and C-suite to align scope, priority, and value delivery.
- Minimum 10 years enterprise integration experience across SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and modern development technologies, including build vs. buy evaluations, vendor management, and portfolio-level budget planning.
- 2 years experience in Oil & Gas, industrial, or B2B enterprise environments strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
