Lead product strategy and delivery for State Street Middle Office Cash Services as a VP-level Product Owner / Analyst in Boston.

Conduct market research to surface emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics; translate insights into innovative product ideas and concepts for Alpha cash service
Build partnerships across Sales, Operations, Technology, cash service product implementation, other product development service families, and end-to-end (E2E) architecture teams to coordinate cross-functional solutions aligned to client and business goals
Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams to support product demand opportunities within overall product strategy and development
Apply strong front-to-back knowledge of Investment management / Investment services, with a focus on user digital experience
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to connect business goals and strategies to the data and technology investments needed to achieve them
Communicate recommendations to management and senior Alpha business leaders using effective written and oral communication
Support pricing strategies and product policies

12+ years of relevant experience; strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills and “big picture” understanding
Create business process flows and define business problems, solutions, and design using appropriate tools
Demonstrated experience with business requirements analysis to meet critical business needs, including driving tasks to completion
Experience designing and optimizing user experience across interfaces to maximize engagement and adoption
Strong time management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Creative and strategic approach focused on outcomes; ability to write features/requirements
Product Owner experience delivering using Agile methodologies
Proven experience in financial services, including a good understanding of State Street businesses
Knowledge of Operations processes and procedures, with an ability to learn quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills plus communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Access and Visio, plus Jira and Confluence, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated excellence in business writing, creating business process flow diagrams, comparing current and future processes, and communicating effectively

Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study
