Job Description
Holley Performance Brands is hiring a Product Owner, eCommerce to lead and optimize our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce experience. This onsite role in Nashville, TN focuses on delivering a clear DTC product roadmap, turning business goals into engineering-ready requirements, and improving measurable customer experience and performance outcomes. What you’ll deliver
- Own and prioritize the DTC eCommerce roadmap, keeping it aligned to Holley’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and development teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between CXM, marketing, IT, and technology to ensure technical deliverables reflect business intent.
- Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy new features while reinforcing a robust testing culture within Agile processes.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing workflow and process enhancements across the DTC business.
- Use retail and eCommerce best practices to enhance UX/UI, site performance, and the overall customer journey.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize eCommerce operations, drive customer satisfaction, and support revenue growth.
- Support CXM leaders with business cases for emerging technologies and future digital retail innovation.

You will drive outcomes by leveraging key performance metrics and customer experience goals, ensuring the DTC channel continues to evolve with changing priorities and organizational needs. You’ll also demonstrate adaptability as communication methods and structures evolve.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in eCommerce, product management, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a hands-on operational role managing DTC or retail eCommerce channels.
- Proven ability acting as a business to technical liaison to deliver successful digital product outcomes.
- Experience contributing in an Agile framework, including story writing and cross-functional sprint planning.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and retail best practices.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence and a data-driven approach to decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders.
- Confident decision-making with a balance of independence and teamwork, plus demonstrated adaptability to changing processes and priorities.
- Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
