Product Owner II

PNC’s Enterprise Testing organization is hiring a Product Owner II for an on-site role in Miamisburg, OH. This position focuses on defining, prioritizing, and managing product enhancements that support business value and improve the customer experience. What you’ll do

In this role, you will translate stakeholder needs into requirements and help guide product development through implementation by partnering with business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams. You will own the direction for less complex product initiatives, from concept through roll-out and performance optimization.

• Review, analyze, and potentially lead initiatives across the selection, design, development, and promotion of new or existing products using traditional and emerging technology, operations, and data analytics to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
• Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
• Use knowledge of emerging technologies to develop business cases, business plans, and roll-out approaches for smaller-scope products or initiatives across applicable channels.
• Analyze product, technology, and market trends plus third-party requirements to design and build innovative features or enhancements.
• Manage development, production, roll-out, pricing, or promotion for less complex products and address operational or process issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including sales, marketing, and digital channel delivery, and may participate in client-facing activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
• Monitor and analyze business results for recently introduced or existing products, coordinate reporting, and recommend modifications to improve outcomes.
• Drive business, financial, and customer experience results by recommending changes to product features and/or marketing strategies.

What you bring

• Typically requires a university / college degree and 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Strong grounding in Business Objectives, Customer Solutions, Marketing, Product Development, Product Management, and Sales.
• Demonstrated skills across business acumen, collaboration, decision making and critical thinking, design thinking, effective communications, and problem solving.
• Experience leveraging emerging technologies and knowledge of the relevant product line to produce results.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Additional details

• Base salary: $75,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
• This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
• PNC is an in-office company.
• PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• The opening is generally expected to be posted for two business days from 09/18/2026, but it may be longer with business discretion.
