Product Owner Senior - Treasury Management Receivables

Lead the Receivables product roadmap as a Senior Product Owner within PNC Treasury Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for one or more Receivables product initiatives.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
• Collaborate with technology teams, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders across the software development lifecycle.
• Support the development and execution of the Receivables product roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Product Managers to review market trends, competitive offerings, client feedback, and strategic priorities.
• Own the product vision and product definition; serve as the voice of the customer.
• Ensure Scrum Team(s) focus on the right priorities based on business value.
• Define and communicate the vision to team(s) to address client requirements and deliver successful, value-based outcomes.
• Drive backlog creation and integrity, including grooming and ensuring prioritization is aligned to business value.
• Ensure Scrum Master(s) and development team(s) focus on the right priorities; act as the primary point of contact for team questions and make empowered decisions.
• Accept delivery of working product from Scrum Team(s), and socialize iteration outcomes and business value with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Background in Treasury Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Experience with receivables products is highly desirable, including: Lockbox, Integrated Receivables, Cash Application, Electronic Receivables, ACH, Wire, ERP integrations, or related Treasury Management solutions.
• Experience specifically with Treasury Management receivables products including: Lockbox; Integrated Receivables; Cash Application; Electronic Receivables; ACH, Wire and Instant Payments; Payment Matching and Reconciliation; ERP Integrations.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or similar Agile certification.
• Experience working with commercial banking clients.
• Familiarity with digital user experiences, ERP connectivity, API-based integrations, or digital treasury platforms.
• Experience supporting product modernization, automation, or workflow transformation initiatives.
• Accountability across areas including: Customer Solutions, Data Visualization, Prioritization, Scrum, and UX Design.
• Agile development and execution skills including: Business Acumen, Design Thinking, Effective Communications, Innovation, Interpersonal Relationships, IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, Managing Multiple Priorities, Organizational Leadership, Planning and Organizing, and Solutions Development.
• Typically requires a university/college degree.
• Higher education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
• Industry relevant experience typically 8+ years.

Additional details

• Location: Pittsburgh, PA (onsite)
• Base salary: USD 112,000 - 249,600 per year
• Incentive eligibility: Yes; payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance
• Position overview: Senior Product Owner role supporting the Receivables platform and associated receivables solutions; based anywhere within the PNC footprint near an office location.
