Job Description

The ROBAR Technical Product Owner and Implementation Lead will oversee the deployment of the ROBAR enterprise label-management platform, shape the product vision, set priorities, and define the deployment roadmap. This role collaborates with global manufacturing operations to capture requirements and drive successful deployment and user adoption. Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, with remote work options. Compensation: USD 75 to 85 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject-matter resource for the implementation and deployment of the ROBAR enterprise label-management platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, implementation priorities, and deployment roadmap.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, technical, and compliance requirements for enterprise labeling processes.
  • Translate global labeling needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, configuration requirements, and implementation tasks.
  • Support product configuration, integrations, validation, deployment, and user adoption efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience serving as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Systems Lead, or Implementation Lead for enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of enterprise labeling, label-management, artwork-management, or regulated printing solutions.
  • Understanding of labeling processes, including templates, variable data, approval workflows, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to coordinate integrations between labeling applications and ERP, MES, PLM, or manufacturing systems.
