Job Description

TriNet is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead agentic AI experiences across core HR workflows. This onsite role in Atlanta, GA focuses on shaping product strategy, defining requirements for intelligent and compliant interactions, and partnering across teams to deliver measurable outcomes across multiple HR domains.

In this position, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for agentic AI capabilities, from discovery and definition through launch, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The work spans HR areas including Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, HR Operations, and Compliance, with a strong emphasis on trustworthiness, performance, and scalability.

What you’ll do

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered product capabilities and own execution across HR domains, including Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, HR Operations, and Compliance.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases using data insights, customer needs, operational pain points, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Define product requirements for agentic experiences, including intent framing, user workflows, prompts, guardrails, data needs, and success metrics.
  • Define foundational AI platform capabilities such as prompt management, prompt chaining, context awareness, agent-to-agent orchestration, MCP server, and knowledge/data pipelines.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks and success criteria to measure AI behavior, accuracy, and overall product effectiveness.
  • Balance cost, quality, and latency tradeoffs to deliver performant, reliable, and scalable AI experiences.
  • Partner with domain product managers and collaborate with engineering, data, UX, knowledge management, legal, and go-to-market teams to build scalable, compliant, customer-centric AI experiences.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery and design through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor product performance and business outcomes, using insights to optimize AI experiences, improve adoption, and inform roadmap decisions.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of direct product management experience, with 2+ years building AI solutions.
  • Experience owning products from strategy through launch in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, HR technology, workflow automation, or customer-facing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with HR domains such as Payroll, Benefits, WFM, HR Operations, or Compliance is a plus.
  • Passion for building trustworthy, useful, and impactful AI experiences.

Compensation and location

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 89,600 - 168,000 per year
