Job Description

Brighton is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce to set the strategic direction for its direct-to-consumer ecommerce business and drive alignment across key stakeholders. The role owns the ecommerce roadmap, uses data and experimentation to improve conversion, and partners closely with internal teams and agency resources to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Brighton.com product roadmap, prioritizing what customers need and aligning priorities to what the data indicates.
  • Define and monitor evergreen KPIs to track performance consistently over time.
  • Create testable hypotheses for both new and existing functionality and experiences.
  • Run A/B and multivariate experiments to answer questions raised by leadership and by the product team.
  • Act as an authority on what works, using evidence and data to support product decisions.
  • Build strong working relationships across Project Management, Engineering, Design, Merchandising, and Marketing, functioning as an effective cross-functional partner.
  • Develop deep capability in the ecommerce technology stack and apply it to conversion improvements.
  • Lead initiatives with both in-house staff and agency partners.
  • Make informed digital product decisions using market research, comprehensive technology knowledge, user feedback, insights from Consumer Care, and personal experience.
  • Maintain a data-driven transparency approach by sharing stakeholder updates that support alignment on progress, priorities, and goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of DTC ecommerce product management experience in a high revenue growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in Shopify Plus and its ecosystem, combined with an analytically grounded problem-solving approach.
  • Strong experience using scrum / agile workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage both vendors and internal stakeholders, with a track record of building trust and delivering on commitments.
  • Experience with project management tools and cross-functional execution.
  • Demonstrated results launching and scaling digital products from idea through measurable outcomes, not solely handing off at launch.
  • An end-to-end owner mindset, taking full accountability for projects and the details required to drive them forward.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, including proactive identification of risks, blockers, and status.
  • Self-starting drive: bringing ideas and initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, secure buy-in for decisions, and adapt to evolving growth needs.

USD 140,000 - 160,000 per year
