Yoodli AI Roleplays

Senior Product Manager- Growth

Seattle, WA $174k - $200k/yr Full time Posted 4h ago

Job Description

Own end-to-end B2C growth for Yoodli AI Coach, connecting consumer acquisition and monetization to a measurable enterprise pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own B2C growth for Yoodli and serve as the front end of the enterprise business
  • Grow self-serve signups and B2C MRR, then convert B2C customers into a reliable, measurable source of enterprise pipeline
  • Drive the user journey: get the right individuals in, deliver a moment of real value quickly, encourage bringing in a colleague, and improve B2B conversion
  • Be accountable for both sides of the funnel: consumer funnel metrics and the qualified accounts produced downstream
  • Acquisition: manage the top of funnel across organic, SEO, GEO, and sharing loops, with emphasis on users whose employers could become customers
  • Activation: optimize the first session so new users create a recording, provide feedback, and have a reason to return, targeting minutes not days
  • Monetization: lead pricing, packaging, paywall placement, and the upgrade path from free to individual paid; own conversion rate and revenue impact
  • Retention and habit: improve onboarding and lifecycle messaging, enable streaks and reminders, and support “resurrection” journeys so practice recurs
  • Handoff to enterprise: detect company-level self-serve usage clusters, build in-product spreading motions (invites, shared workspaces, team practice), and route qualified accounts to sales with the context needed to start conversations
  • Experiment system: own the roadmap, instrumentation, and cadence; decide what to test, call results, and ensure learning either way
  • Build prototypes, run experiments, read the data directly, and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, including real ownership of a growth or self-serve surface at consumer scale
  • Experience accountable for a funnel metric, not a neighboring metric
  • A track record of experiments that moved numbers, including the ability to discuss experiments that did not work
  • Data fluency: ability to write your own queries, identify what a bad test looks like, and validate results without needing an analyst
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization, including saying no to good ideas when a better option exists
  • Ability to move quickly with AI products: prototype, create skills to handle tasks more efficiently, submit small PRs, etc.
  • Enough technical depth to collaborate directly with engineers on tradeoffs, instrumentation, and scope
  • Comfort operating with limited support: QA, user conversations, and unblocking work beyond the job description
  • Passion for AI products that empower humans rather than replace them
  • Ability to be onsite in Seattle three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Benefits

  • High ownership and very little bureaucracy
  • Clear strategic direction from a leadership team that makes decisions quickly
  • Direct, measurable impact where work shows up in the numbers
  • Inclusive, motivated team that enjoys the work

Bonus points

  • Experience running a PLG motion where self-serve usage fed an enterprise sales team, including knowledge of where the handoff typically breaks
  • Experience with pricing and packaging changes on a live subscription product
  • Experience with consumer AI products where output quality varies and the funnel must still perform
  • Background in SEO, GEO, or content-led growth

Base compensation

  • $174,000 - $200,000 per year + meaningful equity

Location: Seattle, WA (onsite)
