Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations

Lead Flock Safety’s platform and integration roadmap for public safety agencies, with ownership across data governance, automated pipelines, and operational search and investigative experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party platforms using automation and intelligent workflows.
• Define data modeling, governance, and trust standards to support source attribution, permissions, auditability, and downstream data usability.
• Architect intuitive search, mapping, and investigative product experiences that help officers, analysts, and command staff move from questions to action faster.
• Coordinate cross-functional platform initiatives with Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integration capabilities.
• Improve onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to reduce customer setup friction and remove manual data validation bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience delivering technical platform, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products.
• Deep technical fluency across APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-source data systems, including normalization, auditability, and complex permission models.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators.
• Plus: experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems.

Compensation

• USD 160,000 - 190,000 per year (base salary)
• Starting salary is within the posted range plus Flock Stock Options
• Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, and market indicators
• Posting range covers base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans where applicable, or benefits
• Range may be adjusted over time, and the posting may span more than one career level
