Senior ServiceNow Product Owner

ClinDCast LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Owner for a remote, contract engagement in New York, NY. The role centers on owning the product roadmap, guiding platform strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive ServiceNow initiatives across ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD. This position requires 15+ years of experience and an ability to lead enterprise-scale implementations, with an hourly rate of USD 70.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Drive platform strategy, enhancements, and integrations
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices

Requirements

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Product Ownership
• Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, APIs, MID Server)
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
• Ability to define product roadmap and backlog prioritization
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
