Senior Systems Engineer (Product Owner)

Lockheed Martin RMS seeks a Senior Systems Engineer / Product Owner to join an agile development team onsite at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. You will help define and refine backlog items for USSTRATCOM mission software within a DevSecOps, Java-based environment, collaborating closely with mission stakeholders to ensure timely, secure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an agile team to implement stories and backlog items you help define based on interactions with USSTRATCOM mission stakeholders.
• Help the team create modern Web-based, Java mission systems for the Nuclear community.
• Operate in a DevSecOps cadence using Agile Scrum, delivering software systems built to exacting standards.

Requirements

• Experience eliciting requirements from mission stakeholders.
• Experience presenting designs and plans to mission stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate technical and schedule tradeoffs.
• Agile Scrum experience with work assignment and decomposition.
• Experience in a Software Team Environment.
• Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
