Responsibilities
- Serve as the Agile Product Owner for a cross-functional engineering team
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, features, and system-level requirements
- Lead requirements development, decomposition, traceability, and V and V planning
- Coordinate across software, systems, hardware, and test engineering teams
- Support system integration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- Conduct technical trade studies and contribute to architecture decisions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain the product backlog
- Present technical status and risks to leadership and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems and software engineering
- Experience with Agile development
- Experience with system hardware/software integration
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
