Sr. Ethernet Product Manager for Infrastructure Processing Units

Job Description

Intel’s Networking Solutions Group is building next-generation Intel Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU) solutions, and this role helps shape what comes next. You will translate customer and market needs into Ethernet product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and business cases, partnering across architecture, engineering, sales, and marketing. This is a fully home-based opportunity, generally requiring Intel site visits only occasionally based on business need.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for Intel’s next-generation IPU Ethernet solutions.
  • Convert customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into differentiated product features and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to guide product development.
  • Act as a technical thought leader with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue models to support product growth and market success.
  • Represent Intel with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders while influencing product direction and technology adoption.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of related experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in datacenters, servers, or Ethernet Networking.
  • 10+ years of networking protocols and data center system architectures.
  • 5+ years of product management, technical marketing, technical management, or related experience.
  • 5+ years developing product business value proposition.
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or advanced engineering degree.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Telco and Enterprise data center deployments with a focus on networking solutions.
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor management.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and background in supply chain operations for silicon products.

Compensation and benefits

USD 160,980 - 311,040 per year. Benefits include competitive pay, stock bonuses, health, retirement, and vacation.

Remote work details

This role is available as a fully home-based position and generally would require attending Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. You must live and work from the country specified in the job posting where Intel has a legal presence. Due to legal regulations, remote work from other countries is not permitted. Primary location is listed as Virtual US.
