Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Alexa Audio

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical for Alexa Audio on Alexa+. This onsite role in Seattle centers on building audio features and enabling new content across devices and locales, guided by generative AI to deliver simple, impactful products. The position carries a salary range of USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year and requires a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of audio features for Alexa+ across devices and locales.
• Own a charter focused on new content creation and enablement, addressing both current needs and future opportunities.
• Drive product creation across multiple audio formats, international locales, and devices.
• Collaborate with engineering, science, design, business intelligence, operations, finance, and executive teams to bring features to market and grow Amazon's opportunities.
• Apply strong analytical thinking in a matrixed organization, synthesizing diverse technologies and generative AI capabilities into high quality, simple products customers love.
• Weekly responsibilities include engaging with customers to learn problems, analyzing service and business metrics, writing PRFAQs and BRDs, iterating with Science and Engineering teams, coordinating with solution architecture, BizDev, and Legal, and exploring growth trends and new technologies.
• Daily collaboration spans senior leadership, engineers, data scientists, content writers, marketing, and other product teams to synthesize feedback and data into strategies and test hypotheses.

Requirements

• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Bachelor's degree.
