Location: Aurora, CO (onsite)

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 per year

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a ground system component, ensuring alignment across program teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and engineering teams to plan and deliver Program Increments within a SAFe Agile environment
• Translate customer needs, mission objectives, and operational concepts into concrete technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and system designs
• Prioritize and manage the team backlog, balancing feature development, technical debt, and program objectives
• Lead readiness reviews, design reviews, demonstrations, and technical presentations for customers and senior program leadership
• Develop and communicate technical documentation, implementation guidance, and product strategies across the organization

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least five years of relevant experience
• Experience in a leadership role such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Lead within an Agile development environment
• Experience with satellite ground systems, mission operations, or systems engineering functions like requirements management, interface definition, and technical risk management
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, with familiarity in DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
• Active TS/SCI security clearance that is transferable, with U.S. citizenship required

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams across systems, software, integration, and test disciplines
• Familiarity with automated testing and software factory tools such as Cucumber, Gherkin, and Zephyr
• Experience developing software in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages
• Background in Satellite Ground System development or operations
