Location and travel

This onsite position is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, with up to 20% CONUS travel to coordinate across sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Mk7 ground test program's cost, schedule, and technical baseline.
• Support a cross-functional team across multiple domains and ensure control accounts are completed with acceptable cost, schedule, and risk to meet sales and revenue goals.
• Manage the Program Baseline and apply the Program Change Control Process to achieve objectives and milestones.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to leadership and customers through clear horizontal and vertical communication.
• Collaborate with enterprise organizations to align on program objectives and milestones.
• Coordinate geographically distributed, multidisciplinary teams to meet established programmatic commitments.
• Responsible for the execution of the ground testing program in support of the W93/Mk7 program.
• Develop master test plans for data needs identified by the Product PM.
• Develop test concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test.
• Direct the work of personnel assigned to the program in support of test objectives.
• Create modification drawings to hardware to facilitate testing data needed for test success.
• Maintain the program hardware utilization matrix.
• Travel up to 20% CONUS as required.

Requirements

• Experience executing a cost, schedule and technical baseline or related experience
• Prior CAM (control account management) experience or relevant / related experience
• Demonstrated Risk and Opportunity Management experience or related experience
• Expertise in relationship building and communication with internal and external customers as well as employees at all levels
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Security and eligibility

This position requires a government security clearance. US Citizenship is required, and the role is at Top Secret clearance level.

Work schedules

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules to provide flexibility. The role is onsite full-time with options ranging from standard 40 hours over a five-day week to condensed schedules. The schedule for this position is 9x80 every other Friday off.
