Technology Product Owner - Agentic AI & Telecom Porting

Consumer Cellular is hiring a Technology Product Owner to lead Agentic AI and telecom porting initiatives from a customer outcomes and delivery standpoint.

Responsibilities

• Define a data-driven product vision, develop business cases and requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities
• Partner across Consumer Cellular to identify and influence development of new products and services
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels and locations; work with business, operations, technology, and BI teams to define and deliver solutions
• Author user stories and product requirements; contribute to the technical design of new product features
• Work directly with technical teams to build customer-facing products
• Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalation; anticipate and make trade-offs while balancing business needs against technical or operational constraints
• Use Agile methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Understand key dimensions of data quality
• Coordinate with stakeholders on incident management

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience with IT project execution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field, plus applicable experience
• Experience authoring stories and documenting requirements in tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Verifiable success delivering against goals and objectives
• SQL knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in Scrum Agile
• Knowledge of the SDLC and tools including Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• Ability to prioritize effectively
