Job Description

The North America Product Manager for Skyworth USA Corporation leads planning and localization for the region, conducts market and competitive analysis, and supports GTM planning and product launches in collaboration with regional sales teams and the China headquarters.

Responsibilities

Oversee the strategy and localization efforts for the North American market to strengthen product competitiveness.
Perform market and competitive assessments to uncover customer needs, trend dynamics, rival offerings, and opportunities for the product line.
Collaborate with regional sales to collect customer and channel insights and translate them into product requirements.
Coordinate with the China headquarters on planning, requirement specification, and localization of products.
Manage licensed-brand initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, standards, and certification requirements.
Assist with GTM strategies and the rollout of new products.
Offer product knowledge, supporting materials, and launch guidance to sales teams as required.
Oversee product requirements and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet project timelines.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 3 years of experience in the television or consumer electronics sector.
Background in Product Management, Product Marketing, GTM, or Marketing roles.
Excellent capabilities in product planning, project management, and cross-functional communication.
Familiarity with product portfolio or platform management is preferred.
Deep understanding of the North American market, customer needs, and channel requirements.
Proven ability to collaborate with regional sales, internal teams, licensed brand partners, and the China HQ.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Job Description

Power electronics product management role at Calnetix Technologies, LLC, focused on strategy, lifecycle management, and market engagement for a power electronics product line in B2B and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of assigned power electronics products from concept through development, production, sustainment, and end of life.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with market needs, customer requirements, and company objectives.
Craft product positioning, value propositions, and differentiators for both B2B and defense markets.
Monitor competitor offerings and market dynamics to keep the portfolio competitive in performance, cost, reliability, and compliance; feed insights into roadmap decisions.
Track emerging technologies and industry trends in areas such as power semiconductors, control techniques, thermal solutions, and manufacturing processes; assess applicability to current and future products.
Serve as the primary interface with customers, including defense primes, system integrators, and industrial OEMs.
Gather and translate customer and program requirements into clear product and engineering specifications.
Support sales activities by participating in customer meetings, technical reviews, trade shows, and industry events.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth through customer engagement and market analysis.

Lead or participate in technical program management activities, including schedule, risk, cost, operations, and supply chain management.
Ensure products meet performance, quality, and reliability requirements, including defense-specific standards where applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or technical program management for hardware products.
Hands-on electronics experience, with preference for expertise in Power electronics, motor controllers or drives, and embedded or electromechanical systems.
Strong background in B2B product strategy and developing customer requirements.
Proven experience working directly with customers in technical discussions and providing commercial support.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing new product introduction processes for power electronics.
Experience in defense, aerospace, or other regulated industries.
Ability to write clear, compelling technical proposals and customer-facing documentation.
Comfort collaborating across engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and executive leadership.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.
Experience owning or supporting P&L, cost management, or product-line financial performance.
Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager or a role combining program execution with product ownership.
Familiarity with defense acquisition processes, RFP/RFQ responses, and long-cycle B2B sales.
Experience supporting or coordinating with sales and business development teams.
