TikTok is seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead the U.S. TikTok Shop certification programs, defining what constitutes a quality merchant and guiding the go-to-market rollout. Responsibilities
- Market insight and strategy: Conduct in-depth research of the U.S. consumer and merchant landscape, identify certification needs, and establish an NPS feedback loop to drive ongoing improvements.
- Standard setting: Define and refine the criteria for the "TTS Top-Tier Store," focusing on brand influence and authorization, turning high-level aims into actionable vetting rules.
- GTM execution and advocacy: Lead the rollout of GTM rules across multiple industry categories and champion these standards so internal teams and merchants understand and complete the certification process.
- Ecosystem optimization: Assess the impact of merchant certifications and user feedback, partnering with Product and Strategy teams to iterate on rules that build consumer trust and a secure platform.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in strategy operations or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of using data to drive strategic decisions and measure performance.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in Seattle, WA is USD 102,600 - 159,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the total package and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
