JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Payments-Digital and Design-Product Manager at the Vice President level to shape digital banking experiences in San Francisco. This onsite role centers on guiding the end-to-end product lifecycle, amplifying the voice of the customer, and driving scalable, profitable launches through cross-functional execution.
The position offers a salary range of USD 122,550 to 201,000 per year and requires at least five years of relevant experience in product management or a related domain.
Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers tangible value to customers
- Leads discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and evolves a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Establishes the framework to measure success, tracking metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Ability to identify, refine, and deliver capabilities that improve service effectiveness and reduce friction
- Skill in translating use cases into clear experience requirements and narratives that connect service actions to client outcomes across the journey
