Payments-Digital & Design-Product Manager-Vice President

Location: Jersey City, NJ (onsite) • Salary: USD 122,550 - 201,000 per year • Minimum experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities

• Define a product strategy and a compelling vision that delivers clear value to customers.
• Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and evolve a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Establish a framework to measure success and monitor metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Identify program-level dependencies, resourcing gaps, and key issues, presenting recommendations for resolution.
• Assess requirements from internal and partner development teams, scope technical solutions, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and milestones to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate across legal, compliance, marketing, go-to-market, support and sales to ensure alignment and momentum.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery and ideation through strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
