Ambulatory Product Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Ambulatory Product Operations Coordinator role at Moffitt Cancer Center supports the day-to-day effectiveness of ambulatory operations in Tampa, with an onsite work arrangement. In this position, you will coordinate key operational workflows, help maintain accuracy across records, and partner across internal teams to support timely completion of patient collection needs.
As a central point for escalated vendor matters, you will also track performance through KPIs and contribute to process improvement efforts alongside the Ambulatory Operations team.
Role Summary
- Provide advanced coordination and administrative support for ambulatory operations, including vendor performance, records accuracy, and process improvement.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated vendor issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality completion of patient record collection, pathology, and imaging needs.
- Support project-based initiatives within the Ambulatory Operations team by providing feedback on process improvement and data accuracy.

Compensation
- USD 21.65 - $33.05 per hour
