  • Define and communicate product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring alignment with ITS and WBG priorities and desired client outcomes.
  • Drive product decisions by balancing business value, operational risk, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and operational efficiency across the financing lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Agile Release Train to support timely delivery of the product roadmap and continuous value delivery.
  • Design product governance (decision rights, roles, cadences) and ensure compliance with WBG governance policies and standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the product, communicating roadmap, status, risks/issues, and outcomes to leadership and user groups.
  • Oversee vendor relationships (as applicable) to ensure resource availability and alignment on scope and quality.
  • Propose strategic investments that support product development and manage technical debt, preparing inputs for governance and funding decisions.
  • Monitor product financial management to ensure budget availability and adherence to WBG processes.
  • Define and track success metrics using OKRs/KPIs for outcomes, adoption, reliability, and operational efficiency, guiding prioritization using evidence and analytics.
  • Monitor operational health and support volumes, driving improvements that increase user value and reduce total cost of ownership.
